DQ for Dynamics™ is straight forward to set up and we can usually have you up and running within a couple of hours.

Once a user has been provisioned, a services account (at no extra license cost) can be used to connect to your instance. This will prevent lack of access to the account if user admins leave the business
DQ for Dynamics gains access through user accounts, therefore if there is a MFA installed, it will be unable to continuously remain connected. Therefore, you must generate a static App password which can be used for connectivity.
Please follow the steps outlined in the guide below.
To ensure consistent availability and performance for everyone, Microsoft applies some limits to how APIs are used. These limits are designed to detect when client applications are making extraordinary demands on server resources. Below are some common measures implemented.
Measure | Description | Limit per web server |
---|---|---|
Number of requests | The cumulative number of requests made by the user. | 6000 within the 5 minute sliding window |
Execution time | The combined execution time of all requests made by the user. | 20 minutes (1200 seconds) within the 5 minute sliding window |
Number of concurrent requests | The number of concurrent requests made by the user | 52 or higher |
