Suppressed Records


Finding your Record

You can access these and remove any records that you have previously declared unique by accessing the 'Suppressed Group' view from the DQ for Dynamics Home screen:

From this screen you will now be able to filter the records by Entity:

  • Account
  • Contact
  • Lead

Now you have narrowed it down by Entity you can use the Search Option to find the record you are looking for:


Un-suppressing a record

Once you have found your desired record you can un-suppress it by ticking the 'Duplicate' check box on the record, and then click 'Back'
