Session Results & Group Listings


This section display all the groups created for duplicate records during the match process. You can review the duplicates here and deactivate the duplicates from the CRM. After clicking on the ‘Name’ hyperlink on the 'Session Detail' page or clicking on ‘Review’ link from the Home/Session Listings page, you will be redirected to the ‘Session Results’ page as shown below:

Groups Listing: Display the list of all the groups with following details:

Group Header: Display the Group Header with following information:

  • Group Number: Display the group number.
  • Total Records: Display the count of duplicate records present in the group
  • Record Name: Display the ‘Record Name’ of the Primary Record.
  • Reviewer: Display the reviewer name who is reviewing the group. If the groups is not yet reviewed, display reviewer as ‘Unassigned’.
  • Review (link): Clicking on Review link, the user will be navigated to the ‘Group Review’ page.
  • Expand/Collapse: Clicking on the Group Row, the user can expand/collapse the group. After expanding, the user will able to view the records listing present under the group.

Records Listing: Display following information for each record from the group;

  • Group number: Display the Group number to which the record belongs. Clicking on the ‘Group number’ hyperlink, the user will be navigated to ‘Group Review’ page.
  • Record Detail: Display the numeric name of the Record in the following format;
    • ‘000001.0-02’: where ‘000001.0’ stands for the ‘Group number’ and ‘02’ stands for ‘Record Number’,
    • Clicking on the Name link, you will navigate to the ‘Session Result Detail’ page.
  • Record Name: Display the Record name. Clicking on the ‘Record Name’ hyperlink, the user will be redirected to the MS CRM record page.
  • Group Rank: Group Rank can be used to set the priority of the group for review on the DQ for Dynamics Review Screen.
  • Primary: Displays ‘Yes’ for primary record and ‘No’ for secondary records.
  • Valid Group: Display ‘Yes’ if the group is valid and display ‘No’ if it is not valid.
  • Match Score: Match score will be 100 for primary record. For secondary records, match score will be less than or equal to 100.
  • Created On: Display the date & time when the group is created.

Status: Display the review status of the group. There are following different review status available:

  • Accepted
  • Auto Accepted
  • Auto Filled
  • Auto Merged
  • Auto Merged Inactive
  • Auto Promoted
  • Auto Promoted Filled
  • Declined
  • Merged
  • Merged Inactive
  • Permanently Suppressed
  • Reviewing
  • Skipped Automatically
  • Skipped Inactive
  • Skipped Suppressed
  • Suppressed
  • Unprocessed

Processed By: Displays the name of the reviewer who is reviewing the group. If the group is not yet reviewed by any user, displays the blank.

Pagination: Displays the 20 groups &/ sup-groups per page. If the user wants to view the next groups, pagination feature is provided to go through all the groups. By clicking on ‘Next’ and ‘Previous’ buttons, the user will able to navigate through all the pages.


Session Functions

1. Auto Exact & Merge All

This button will merge in parallel (multiple at once) all the records that are a 100% match in accordance with the global settings. The global settings can be tweaked.

Note: If you are unsure of this setting please Auto Exact & Merge Rules.

Note: This will not run if you have already run the sequential version.


2. Auto Promote All

When you click this button:

Based upon the 'Master Record Settings' (see our Set Master Record Guide) the program will go through each group and promote one as the master record.

Once this has happened the status of the group will change to 'Auto Promoted', and the button will now be disabled.


3. Auto Fill All

When you click This button:

As defined in the global 'Auto Fill Settings' (see our Set Display & Auto Fill Guide) the master record will be automatically filled with data from the duplicates without prompt. After this the group status will be set to 'Auto Filled' and the button will be disabled.


4. Auto Promote & Fill All

This button merges the functionality of 'Auto Promote' and 'Auto Fill' into one button.


5. Auto Accept & Merge All

When you click this button:

This button will automatically accept the proposed changes made by the software and then merge them.

If you click this button you will be given two options;

  • Bulk (Parallel)
  • Sequential

And after which the 'Auto Accept & Merge' button will be disabled.


Will link parent and child records if the records are exact duplicates.


Will link parent and child records if they meet the match requirements that have been pre-defined in the settings.


Search Button

You can search for specific duplicates by using:

Once pressed you will be presented with the following box giving you search options:

The search options are:

  • By Group Number
  • By review state
  • By Reviewer

Group Release

Release Single Group to Another Reviewer

As soon as you click the review button that group is assign to your account and no other user can proceed with the review process. In order to pass a group off to another user you press:

At which point you will be presented with:

Release To: This dropdown gives you a list of users for you to reassign the group to.

Note Box: This box lets you type a note to the user, generally to give some information or a question.


Release Multiple Groups to Another Reviewer

You can release multiple groups at once using:

at which point you will see:

To select your desired groups to release simply tick the boxes next to each group

and click 'Release', at which point you will be presented with:
